It became one of our best and hardest races so far in Australia. From a bad start we manage to gain space into the lead before second turn.
After that we pulled away from the field. A good feeling to do that in thoose conditions. It became really bad an tricky during the race. This was a race for the pilots and their skills. Now we are offcourse very happy and looking forward to the next one in Gold Coast, end of october.
It was a perfect race for us to get more expirence in big waves and vind. Many boats crashed in this long lasting race. It felt like forever . Thanks to all crewmembers for a fantastic job!
