Pål Virik Nilsen and Giorgio Manuzzi did well in todays Dubai Class-1 grand prix. After a quite bad start they managed to pass several boats and ending the race on the podium in a strong third position.
Pål says: I am very happy with this result indeed. After some minor problems yesterday who destroyed our practice i must say this was a huge step in the right direction. The Victory boat did run great and it was a pleassure driving with Giorgio. We had a hard start and we lost some positions in the first corner. After that i pushed they best i could and i saw and felt we where faster on every lap we did. With some adjustment i guess we can even perform better in tomorrows final race of the season. Thanks to the team so far and i look forward to the race tomorrow.
